We are a conservation builder with over 30 years experience from castles to cottages. He can provide special skills in conservation works in one or more areas of your project, or can manage the complete restoration project from start to finish.

With years of experience, we keep pushing the boundaries, whether an old home, business or factory, we make it work 365 days a year.

Design that works well and a great build quality, it must also integrate considerately with the existing building, while looking beautiful. We do that.

We provide the highest Quality workmanship nationwide and our past clients can be contacted to ease your mind sufficiently… Just Ask!!

Sometimes it’s hard to picture or explain to your significant other exactly what you want, so we’ve created a building inspiration hub of all Our Latest Projects to give you some great ideas of how we can help you make your house a home.

From extension or loft conversions, and design and decorating, to making your home a greener place with conservation building – there’s inspiration for every step.

Inspiration plays a major role in design – it motivates and stimulates, but above all, it is intensely personal…  I approached Bosch Thomas Construction as I have been an admirer of their high quality, innovative design for many years.

Diarmuid Gavin, Garden Designer

The design Tom and his team produced got us excited, as we had previously commissioned 2 architectural designs.  A significant attraction for us was the full design and build service provided with all certification for structural work, planning, building regulations and guarantees included.

Cecil Shine & Orla Galvin

The Bosch Thomas approach was unlike anything I have experienced in the construction industry.  Having had an architect view our home previously, we were impressed with how Tom listened to us and took on board what we were hoping to achieve.
